Using SwiftFormAI

What does SwiftFormAI.com do?
SwiftFormAI.com helps users organize document packets for paperwork-heavy processes such as passport renewal, DMV renewal, visa support packets, and I-94 travel-record workflows. Users upload documents, review AI-extracted information, confirm details, and download a filing package with a prepared PDF, start-here instructions, checklist, and submission guidance.
Is SwiftFormAI.com a government agency?
No. SwiftFormAI.com is a private document preparation service. It is not affiliated with, owned by, endorsed by, or operated by any government agency. Users remain responsible for reviewing, signing, printing, mailing, and submitting their materials.
Which services are supported?
The current workflow supports Passport Renewal DS-82, DMV License Renewal, Visa Document Packet, and I-94 Travel Record support packets. Each service has a fillable SwiftFormAI package template, plus checklist and instruction files. Users still must review the package and use the official agency process where required.
Can I use the service on desktop?
Yes. SwiftFormAI.com is designed for desktop web use because many users keep PDFs, scans, tax documents, leases, IDs, and proof-of-address files on a computer. The large-screen workflow makes it easier to compare extracted data with the prepared packet.

Uploads and AI review

What file types can I upload?
The upload flow accepts PNG, JPG, JPEG, and PDF files. Upload limits are enforced server-side and the site validates the actual MIME type before storing files.
How many files can I upload?
The workflow is built for document packets, not just one image. Users can upload multiple files for a single packet, subject to the configured per-file size limit and server upload settings.
What happens after I upload?
The system stores the files under a secure token, runs AI extraction and packet review, returns editable fields, and then asks the user to confirm the details before package generation. The progress interface shows each stage so the user does not feel stuck.
Can the AI make mistakes?
Yes. AI extraction and policy summaries can be wrong, incomplete, or affected by poor scans. That is why SwiftFormAI shows editable extracted data and tells users to review every field before signing, printing, mailing, or submitting anything.
Do you guarantee government approval?
No. Government agencies can reject applications for many reasons, including missing signatures, outdated forms, incorrect official fees, missing supporting documents, eligibility issues, or agency policy changes. SwiftFormAI helps prepare and organize materials but does not guarantee acceptance or approval.

Payment, subscriptions, and package access

What pricing options are available?
Users can choose a single packet for one-time use, or a monthly subscription when they expect recurring paperwork. The pricing page lists the current packet allowance for each option.
Are official government fees included?
No. SwiftFormAI pricing covers private document preparation. Government filing fees, passport fees, DMV fees, postage, carrier labels, expedited agency services, checks, and money orders are separate and paid directly to the relevant agency or carrier.
Can I download my package later?
Yes. Paid filing packages tied to the customer email appear in the account history. Users can log in later and download their saved filing packages again while the application record exists.
What if I paid once and later subscribe?
The customer email is treated as the unique account identity. A one-time packet can be tied to that email so future subscription access and historical packet downloads live in the same account.
What is inside the download package?
The user-facing package contains a prepared PDF or preparation summary, START-HERE.txt, filing-checklist.txt, and filing-instructions.txt. Internal JSON files are not included in the customer download package.

Security and privacy

How is dashboard access protected?
Each packet is tied to a long random dashboard token. Customer accounts can also access packets associated with the same email. Sensitive actions use session controls and CSRF protection.
Can I delete my application?
Yes. Users can delete their own application from the dashboard. Deletion removes the database record and associated uploaded/generated files for that token.
How long are files retained?
Source uploads may be removed under operational retention settings. Paid filing packages remain available from the customer account history while the application record exists, unless the user or an admin deletes the application.
Do you sell personal information?
No. The privacy policy states that SwiftFormAI does not sell personal information. Information is used to provide document extraction, packet review, policy lookup, package generation, support, security, and abuse prevention.
Are uploaded documents processed by AI?
Uploaded documents and confirmed details may be processed by configured automation systems only for document reading, packet review, policy-aware guidance, data normalization, and package preparation.

Affiliate program

How does the affiliate program work?
Affiliates register with an email and password, receive a referral link, add Meta Pixel ID and Meta CAPI token, and track traffic, leads, checkouts, paid sales, revenue, and commissions in the affiliate dashboard.
When are commissions settled?
Affiliate commissions are summarized monthly. Approved balances are settled once per month according to the payout details saved in the affiliate dashboard.
Which payout methods are supported?
The affiliate dashboard supports bank-transfer details, SWIFT/BIC information, payout email, and preferred payout-method notes for options such as domestic bank transfer, international wire, Wise-style transfer, PayPal-style payout, or other approved methods.
